I’m Anass Hattam, a Moroccan creative working at the intersection of graphic design, cinema, and digital communication. My journey started somewhere between a camera lens and a blank canvas, and since then, I’ve been exploring how ideas can move from concept to emotion, whether it’s through a poster, a film, or a simple visual detail that stays with you longer than expected.
By day, I work as a graphic designer and communication officer, shaping visual identities and crafting messages that speak clearly in a noisy world. By night (and often beyond), I’m a filmmaker, directing short films that have traveled across festivals, picking up awards, selections, and, most importantly, conversations.
My work lives in that space between structure and instinct. I like clean design, but I also like breaking it. I care about storytelling, but not always in obvious ways. Sometimes, what’s not shown matters more than what is.
Over the years, I’ve moved through studios, freelance projects, and international stages, from local print shops to global film festivals, always driven by the same thing: creating something honest, something sharp, something that resonates.
I believe creativity is not just about making things look good. It’s about making people pause.
And if you’re here, maybe something already did.
