In a silent, lifeless building, a man cycles endlessly in a cluttered room, pushing his body beyond its limits. Each drop of sweat becomes part of a strange and intimate routine, driven by a purpose we don’t fully see.
As exhaustion grows, so does the question: how far can someone go when stopping is not an option?

SWEAT is a film about sacrifice in its most raw and invisible form. It explores how far a human being can go when survival is no longer a choice, but a responsibility.
I was inspired by the idea that, in certain realities, even the most basic elements of life, like water, safety, or rest, can disappear. What remains is the body itself. The body becomes a machine, a resource, a last solution. Sweat, in this film, is not just a physical reaction. It becomes a symbol of effort, pain, love, and survival.
